Grasshopper
A creamy drink of muddled mint, white crème de menthe, white crème de cacao, and heavy cream. It is very sweet and light at about 10% ABV.

In a shaker, gently muddle the mint. Add the remaining ingredients and shake with ice, then double strain into a coupe. Garnish with the mint leaf.
