Sangria Swizzle
A currant-infused rye swizzle with red Rioja, Cointreau, lime juice, simple syrup, and mole bitters. It is lightly tart, off-dry, and moderately strong at about 15% ABV.

Combine all the ingredients in a pilsner glass and swizzle while adding crushed ice little by little. Garnish with the orange wheel and serve with a straw.
